Born and based in Portugal, our name refers to - VAMOS EM BORA - Meaning "Let's go surfing"

We are a small group of experienced surfers that have dedicated much of our lifetime traveling around the world searching for both surfing and personal experiences. Our Surf-Coaching vocation has led us to develop our own project fulfilling our desire to transmit in its entirety what surfing means to us. We love to teach, share and create authentic surfing and travel experiences.

Born in Argentina in 1988, always passionate by the immensity of the ocean, I started surfing at the age of 10 in the town of Miramar. Influenced by the late 80's and early 90's surfing style I grew up with the desire to travel and surf around the world. Teaching surf and cooking are my vocations which I combined and made into a way of living in countries like Spain, Australia and Portugal where I’m currently based. My desire for adventure kept me traveling, exploring new waves and different cultures in other countries such as Brazil, Mexico, Indonesia and the Maldives.

My experience as a Surf Instructor started back in 2011 and been doing it ever since. I Coached in several countries learning from many different colleagues, but most importantly I learned a lot from my students themselves. I consider myself an experienced surfer and coach in addition to being a responsible, respectful and passionate person. I’m loyal to my ideas, students, nature and the surfing philosophy. This are the values I try to transmit to my students.
I enjoy teaching surfing to kids, youth and adults, working with any level of surfers according to my capability such as novice, intermediates and experienced.

Being certified as a Level 2 ISA Coach, Sport trainer level 2 (IPDJ- Portugal) and qualified beach lifeguard by Royal Life Saving, I'm constantly growing myself as a surfer and coach to be able to provide my students with a better training service. I am certified in Emergency First Aid Response, Jet Ski Rescue and Tow in Surfing. In addition to this, I also have education and experience in Hospitality and Gastronomy.

As leader of Zimbora Surfing, I have personally chosen all the people involved in this project for their values, focus and commitment to sharing with others their knowledge and love for the surfing philosophy.
